The Island Queen is a 58 foot Dive/Houseboat with a 14 foot
beam. She is powered by twin 350’s with cobra outdrives. She is
also powered by a generator for our power needs.
A large forward and aft deck make for an easy storage and
assembly area for divers.
The forward cabin has a seating area, VCR and TV which allows
divers to take specialty classes with us at the lake.
The boat is equipped with a fully functional head (bathroom).
The aft cabin houses the crew quarters.
The topside upper deck is open and is lined with chaise
recliners. This is a great area to catch those warm rays.
A dive platform complete with tank racks and bench seats on
the stern makes easy entry and exit for divers.
We visit several different site throughout the year but our
most visited sites are large flat rock formations that are
perfect for students and open water certifications. There are
swimthroughs and wall type sites surrounding this area for other
divers.
Enjoy this 3 hour sunset cruise complete with dinner. Your
crew takes great pride in preparing some of the finest food
you’ve ever eaten. Be sure to bring your own beverages and $6.00
for food.
After enjoying dinner we will anchor at one of the best night
dive spots on the lake for a one tank dive.
This is a great time to visit old friends, make new ones,
and, of course, talk about diving.
We will be teaching a select curriculum of specialty classes
during the course of the weekend. This is an excellent
opportunity to learn new skills.

The Island Queen is equipped with Oxygen, First Aid Equipment
and trained staff. We do, in fact, try to avoid using them
though.
Everyone interested in joining us for a weekend at the lake
will need to come by The Dive Shop to reserve their space and
pick up an Informational sheet for the weekend.
For those interested in joining us Saturday night for the
dinner cruise, please bring $6.00 per person with you when you
sign up so we can save you a place at our table.
The informational sheet will provide you with the rules of
the boat as well as a packing list.
