Bill became a diver in 1994 and has continued to expand his diving horizons and levels of Certification. He has logged well over 250 dives in a wide variety of conditions both locally and abroad. He holds Dive Supervisor Certification with NASDS and SSI Dive Control Specialist Certification. Bill owns and operates Quality Memorials, Inc. in Carthage, Missouri. He assists with Classes in addition to teaching snorkeling classes. Planning and leading Boat Dives, Dive Activities and Excursions are among his list of favorite things to do.
