Have you picked out your pumpkin?
Underwater Pumpkin Carving Contest
Saturday, October 29, between 9:00am to 12:00pm
All you need to do is:

Find a friend* – They can be a Scuba Diver or not
(see below)
-
Ask them if they love animals & want to help them
-
Make sure they are safe to be near when they are using
sharp instruments
-
Get a 10 inch diameter (or more) pumpkin & clean out the
“insides”
-
Bring your money for the Animal Shelter ($10 per pumpkin),
your carving tools, swimsuit, towel, mask, mouthpiece &
C-Card (or $25 for an Intro)

Come any time, starting at 1:00, as long as you’re done
carving by 4:00, when the pumpkins will be judged
-
Have an appetite for tasty treats, ‘cause we’ll be serving
Hamburgers & Hot Dogs & all the Trimmings afterwards!
*To
add to the fun – and the funds for the animals– we
are going to let even more folks be cut-ups at the event:
Non-divers
who would like to join the U/W Pumpkin Carving Contest can
participate by doing an Introductory Dive Program with a
Calypso Staff Member before the event. The Introductory
Dive is only $25.00, and the money will be added to the
donations to the Animal Shelter! Best of all, should the
participant decide to take Scuba Classes, we’ll
deduct the $25.00
from their tuition!

SWIM KIDS!
Your Swim Teachers will be all dressed up for
HALLOWEEN TRICK-OR-TREATING
so be sure to come watch the underwater action
& get your treats from the Teachers!
