Billy is a
new Instructor as of summer 2002, but he's been diving avidly since 1982.
Billy has much experience with diving the spearfishing holes of Ouachita.
So far his best blue water dive to date is in Cozumel, Mexico and his
dream vacation starts in the crystal clear waters of Bora Bora.
