Jackie Gregory, SSI Dive Control Specialist Instructor, Tech-XR Foundations Instructor, and SCUBA Rangers Instructor Trainer, began diving in 1968. Dive adventures included St. John, St. Thomas, Haiti, Colorado, and California.

After a hiatus from diving, Jackie and dive buddy, hubby Jack, plunged back into SCUBA diving. A flurry of training to refresh academics, sharpen skills, and acquiring lots of new, updated equipment, refreshed the passion for SCUBA diving.

Along the way, association with The Dive Shop expanded the fun and excitement of SCUBA diving, as well as the quest for the best and coolest equipment.

Becoming certified as a Dive Leader through SSI and other agencies including CMAS and PADI fueled the interest to teach SCUBA diving with young divers through the SSI SCUBA Ranger program. Now, sharing the joy of diving with youth and adults as an Instructor keeps fueling the fun.

Jackie and Jack have continued to expand their knowledge and skills with extensive training and trips for their “own” special activity, cave diving. When Jack is not busy working as the Lead Master Technician repairing and servicing equipment for the friends and clients of The Dive Shop, he is probably helping Jackie with classes, Open Water trips, or accompanies her, diving the caves in Florida, Mexico, and the Bahamas.
